OUR LEVELS OF SERVICE ARE PERFECT FOR ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE!

The Uptown is our ultimate level of service, we provide you our deluxe place setting, which includes china, silverware, and linen table cloths, napkins and glassware as well as our stylish your entrees as in the Midtown plan are served in stainless steel chafing dishes and trendy serving dishes. Our staff members are dressed in professional attire will assist you with your function. They will handle all aspect of your dining experience, from serving your entrees to clearing the dishes at the conclusion of the event, allowing you the opportunity to focus on your meeting. Call for service charge fees.
The Downtown is our most economical level of service. It is intended for the company that is looking for a modest set-up, however staying within their budget requirements. Your entrees are delivered in aluminum pans with wire-rack chafers, disposable service utensils. Once the meeting is finished, just dispose of all products. Service Charge 21%
The Midtown is the level of service is intended for the meeting planner that requires sophistication, elegance and a little flair. Your entrees are delivered in stainless steel chafing dishes, trendy serving dishes and our striking “china like” disposable dinnerware and cutlery that looks like stainless steel, without the weight of heavy metal. For an additional charge we can arrange for a staff member to assist you with your function. They will handle all aspect of your function, allowing you the opportunity to focus on your event. To demonstrate our appreciation for your business, The City Gourmet now provides the opportunity to receive up to

10 percent of your purchases back in Gift Cards. What a great opportunity to reward yourself or the team, perfect for recognition programs, employee birthdays or just to say "Thank You”

This Is How The Programs Works:

• Complete the registration form and return either by fax or email.

• Rewards program coordinator will email participant with their rewards number.

• Please review quarterly statements and report any discrepancies within 15 days of the end of the quarter to guarantee

that you are given credit for all catering purchases.

• All rewards will be paid out on a calendar quarter basis, awarded within 30 days of the quarter end.

• Rewards will be paid out in the increments of $ 25.00, $ 50.00 or $ 100.00 gift cards, rounded to the nearest $ 25.00.

• Refer a friend from another organization and receive a 50% credit in the amount of their first booking towards your rewards.

• Refer a friend from the same company and receive a 15% credit in the amount of their first booking towards your rewards.

POLICIES
CATERING SERVICES & POLICIES MENU SELECTIONS AND GUARANTEESMenu selections are due not later then fourteen days prior to the event. A final guarantee is due five days prior to the event. Guarantees are not subject to reduction. In the event a guarantee is not received, the original estimated attendance count will prepared and billed. SERVICE AND LABOR CHARGESAll applicable state and local taxes will be imposed and paid by the client. Food, beverage and staff charges subject to the current Utah state sales tax. Tax exempt groups are asked to submit a copy of their tax– exempt certificates when booking an event. A taxable service charge applies to all orders. SERVER FEES Our experienced and professional staff is available at $ 15 per hour a 4 hour minimum. Billing starts at arrival time and ends after your event is completed. If your event should run longer than anticipated, your invoice will be appropriately adjusted. The balance of the adjusted invoice is due within 10 days after the date of your event.PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS / CANCELLATIONSA deposit of 50% is necessary to confirm the acceptance of the contract, unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon. The balance is due five days prior to the function with the final count. Non payment five days voids the contract. Please note that last minute changes or extra labor charges may result in additional charges, which will appear on the final invoice. Any adjustments are payable upon conclusion of the event. We accept cash, company check, or a major credit card. Any cancellation within 30 days of an event the entire deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation occurs thirty one days or more, 25% of the deposit is refundable. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. .MENU PRICES All menu prices are per person unless otherwise noted. Prices on our menus and website may be subject to change due to the market price fluctuation and product availability. Substitutions and additions on the menu will reflect price changes on the final invoice. If a client has any additions or substitutions to any order, we will update your invoice and resend for review and approval. The invoice total will reflect such changes.REWARDS PROGRAMThe City Gourmet is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards and will not be replaced.
